Residential Projects:

• For commercial projects, our fee is set at 23% of the total contract value.
  
• Similar to residential projects, our responsibility is to provide experienced manpower for duct work installation.
  
• The main contractor remains accountable for sourcing necessary materials and any specialized tools or equipment needed during the project execution.
